Your satisfaction truly matters to us. However, as this is a hygienic product, tights can only be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase if they have not been used and remain in their original, unopened packaging.

On this page, you will find a complaint/return form. Please fill in all the necessary information to ensure smooth processing. Include a copy of the invoice in the package and send the goods to our logistics partner’s address listed at the beginning of the form.

The money for returned goods will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you notice a tear in the tights, you can quickly repair it by applying clear nail polish or transparent glue to the edges of the tear. This will help prevent it from spreading further.
